What a fabulous experience making pasta and tiramisu from scratch with Donatella, and then enjoying dinner with her and four exchange students taking classes in Taormina! It was truly an unforgettable experience

I’ve taken several lessons with Antonio. He’s an amazing chef. He’s fun to work with, inventive and very patient. He takes time to explain. He’s very knowledgeable about Sicilian cuisine and technique.
