I’ve taken several lessons with Antonio. He’s an amazing chef. He’s fun to work with, inventive and very patient. He takes time to explain. He’s very knowledgeable about Sicilian cuisine and technique.

We made good Ford and had nice conversations. I highly recommend taking the Sicilian cooking class from Antonio.
